Getting to the Hanse-Office

Brussels Airport Zaventem is located about 13km east of Brussels.

Travel time by car – depending on traffic:

  • Via A201, approx. 11 km, 28 min.
  • Via E40, approx. 13 km, 34 min.

By train:

Trains leave for Brussels from Brussels Airport-Zaventem railway station on level -1 several times per hour (travel time approx. 17 min.). For train times, please see schedule here. Get off at Schuman station and it’s a short walk to the Hanse-Office. From Brussel-Centraal/Bruxelles Central station take metro line 1 direction Stockel or line 5 direction Hermann-Debroux and get off at Schuman station (14-18 min) or take a taxi (approx. 2.3 km in 11 min depending on traffic). Getting to the Hanse-Office by car is possible via several routes. Possible motorway options are E40 from Aachen via Liège, E34 from Eindhoven via Antwerp or E411 from Luxembourg via Namur. Please follow the signs direction “Bruxelles Centre”. Several Park & Ride car parks are also available around Brussels.

The closest car park is the Parking Schuman-Berlaymont.

BY TRAIN

Rail links to Brussels are excellent with Deutsche Bahn  and Thalys with trains several times a day to Brussels. From Brussel-Centraal/Bruxelles Central station we recommend to take metro line 1 direction Stockel or line 5 direction Hermann-Debroux to Schuman station (14-18 min) or take a taxi (approx. 2.3 km in 11 min depending on traffic).

BY METRO
